Wow, what an exceptional nursery. During the current crisis they have constantly keep all parents updated and taken extraordinary measures to make sure staff and children are all keep safe. All I can say is THANK YOU for all you do

Romy, Mother of Child - June 2020

In response to COVID 19 reopening

I just wanted to reach out to the parent's who are unsure of whether to send their children back to nursery and share my experience. I can honestly say it has been nothing but fantastic, everything has been organised to a fine detail and each group of children has a different entrance to go through, parents are not allowed into the building and Michelle greets the children in full PPE attire at the door. Shoes are changed at the door and your child is then taken to their rooms. There is a one way system in and out of the nursery grounds along with tables dotted around with wipes and hand sanitizers to wash your hands with or wipe down buggies. The staff are in my opinion going above and beyond to make sure the children are safe. They are cleaning the nursery premises continuously and working tirelessly to ensure every guideline is covered. I have complete peace of mind that my daughter is in a safe environment. I can't praise Pippa's house nursery enough for all the efforts they have done to making my daughters return to nursery as safe as can be. They have also made her first week back really fun and exciting. My daughter couldn't be happier to return.

Anonymous, Mother of Child

We are extremely happy with how things are in Pippa's House. My son loves going there and this is the key indicator of your great job. I find everyone is friendly and helpful and actually care. I am impressed that due to my son's allergy you cook for him separately. I like the newsletters and updates from you, they are just the right amounts, so I read them. I think you do a good job. I tell everyone who listens what an excellent nursery and we were lucky to have found it. You have made a big difference.

Milandie, Mother of Child

Absolutely brilliant, staff are excellent. My little one has settled in very well and is very happy and content.

Heather & Daniel, Mother & Father of Child

Since moving our son from a childminder, where he was very happy, we have been nothing but thrilled with the care and attention he’s received at Pippa’s House.

His key workers are so positive and kind to him and have helped us as parents too! It’s a big transition for our son but it’s been made so much smoother because we are so comfortable with his key workers.

The room he is in is gorgeous, as is the garden and he clearly has a great time every day. He tells us who he has played with and loves telling us about the activities he’s done during the day. There is so much for him to play with, it’s a two year old’s heaven!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the nursery to friends and family, in fact I already have done!

Helen, Mother of Child

My sons key worker is Jess. She's absolutely brilliant! He has the best time at nursery!

He loves the activities, the food and he dives into the arms of the staff there when he arrives.

Both his father and I looked at lots of nurseries in the area and Pippa's House was by far the best set up, value for money and they have an amazing team.

Everything is high spec and clean.

We feel very happy leaving him there and hearing all about his day when we pick him up.

They take pictures and track his development. I would absolutely recommend Pippa's House to other parents in the area. Thanks to all that look after our most precious thing in the world!
