Pippa's House Nursery
WEYBRIDGE
Our Children's Nursery in Weybridge, situated in a charming building, offers an inviting and light-filled space where children can grow and learn, making it an ideal setting for this exciting phase of their educational journey. The nursery comprises four rooms catering to children aged 3 months to 5 years, each designed to provide a nurturing environment for learning.
Our daughter loved every moment of her time with you. She started at Pippa’s House Weybridge after having spent 11 months in a different nursery, she was timid, shy, and very apprehensive about stepping into the big wide world. It was clear that after a few weeks she was taking steps in the right direction. Fast forward a couple of years later, she is probably ready for uni now! We will forever be grateful for the support that all of the staff at Nursery have shown us and our daughter, whether it be whilst my wife was pregnant with our second child, or whilst we were getting to grips with life with 2 children. Our daughter has been lucky to have been looked after by a selection of brilliant key workers, she couldn’t be better prepared to start at big school. We will miss Pippa’s House and all the friendly faces we met, and hope that when our son is ready to start nursery, that we find somewhere close to where we now live that can match the happiness that you gave our daughter. - 10th June 2024
We have 2 boys who have both been at Pippas House full-time over the last 2 years. I couldn't rate the nursery and the staff more highly - amazing facility and caring, well-trained staff who really want the best for all of the children. Both boys have loved their time at Pippa's - would highly recommend. Many thanks to all of the staff - you really are superstars! - 16th May 2024
Pippa's House Nursery Weybridge provides so much for my child, they go above and beyond. They provide a range of activities whether it be educational and/or purely fun. They have a variety of foods offered that are healthy and nutritious and cater for allergies and food preferences. The staff keep me updated on my child through the app and on top of that give me a detailed conversation at the end of the day telling me what my child has done that day and much more. - 13th May 2024
Weybridge nursery is committed to supporting children on their journey to becoming advocates for themselves
Educationally planned activities in these rooms are tailored to the children's current interests, promoting all seven areas of learning and development outlined in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Weybridge is committed to supporting children on their journey to becoming advocates for themselves, fostering independence through imaginative play and incorporating self-care stations in each room. The nursery also provides extra-curricular activities such as sports and music, enhancing interaction, learning, and enjoyment for the children, all included in the fees.
One of the special times of day at Weybridge is mealtimes, where children gather to enjoy home-cooked, nutritious food. This shared experience not only nourishes their bodies but also develops communication skills and independence as they make selections and self-serve, exploring various flavours and textures.
Our settling babies
Our inviting downstairs spaces offer a nurturing environment where our babies can settle in, feel secure, and gradually separate from their caregivers. Our main focus is on creating a warm yet stimulating atmosphere that fosters strong connections and initial steps towards independence. We understand the importance of communicating with parents to ensure that established routines are respected as the newest additions to our family adjust to nursery life.
Our curious toddlers
Our toddlers are natural explorers, always eager to investigate their surroundings. They have access to various loose parts and authentic resources to engage in self-directed play and broaden their understanding of the world. Messy play activities enrich their sensory experiences and ignite their imaginations. Developing their physical skills and social confidence, they learn to interact with peers, while outdoor play contributes to their gross motor skill development, coordination and confidence.
Our independent preschoolers
Our older children follow a structured curriculum designed to prepare them for school. They refine their prewriting and prereading skills through tracing, improving their pencil grip, and engaging in discussions about stories. With their lengthening attention spans, they start to tackle more challenging and extended activities. Art activities promote self-expression and decision-making, while working alongside friends builds social skills and teamwork. As they prepare for the next phase of their educational journey, we assist our preschoolers in mastering essential self-care routines to ensure a seamless transition to school.
The nursery takes pride in creating a creative, stimulating, and inspiring environment for all children to learn and grow. The dedicated team of practitioners at Weybridge is passionate about supporting the children to blossom on their learning journey, no matter what their starting point. My son has been attending Pippa's House for 3 months in Weybridge. He has a few medical needs and they have been absolutely amazing. I get updated throughout the day and feel at complete ease knowing he is there. The babies even have their own garden. Every day there is a great variety of activities for my son to explore. Thank you Pippa's House! - 7th May 2024
