A newly constructed, purpose-built kitchen with a dedicated chef provides homemade cooked meals, sourced from local suppliers, accommodating various dietary requirements.
My son has just completed his first month at Pippa's House, and what a change we have observed in him! The staff from day one emphasise helping each other and supporting one another and it's had such a positive impact on my son, it took him no time to settle in and find his place within the room and it's so nice to see how happy he is on the off chance I get to see him before he sees me on collection! - 18th September 2024
My son transferred here after nearly 2 years at a different nursery and I cannot believe the difference in him! He is so happy, settled and the team really got to know him very quickly and understand him giving me the confidence to know he's being cared for so well. All the team members seem like they want to be there and it's such a happy feel-good environment when you walk in. The nursery itself is beautiful and so clean! Our settling babies
Our cosy downstairs areas provide a nurturing space where our infants can settle in, feel secure, and gradually seperate from their caregivers. Our primary focus is on creating a warm and engaging environment that fosters strong bonds and encourages the first steps towards autonomy. We recognise the importance of maintaining open communication with parents to ensure that established routines are embraced as the newest members of our family adapt to nursery life.
Our curious toddlers
Our toddlers are natural explorers, always eager to discover the world around them. They use a variety of loose parts and authentic materials to engage in self-directed play and expand their understanding of their environment. Through messy play experiences, they enhance their sensory development and ignite their creativity. Building physical skills and social confidence, they learn to interact with peers, while outdoor activities contribute to their gross motor skill development and coordination.
Our independent preschoolers
Our older children benefit from a structured curriculum designed to prepare them for school. They refine their prewriting and prereading skills through tracing, improving their pencil grip, and participating in discussions about stories. With longer attention spans, they tackle more complex and extended activities. Art and craft activities encourage self-expression and decision-making, while collaborative tasks promote social skills and teamwork. As they prepare for the next phase of their educational journey, we help them to practice the essential self-care routines that ensure a smooth transition to school.
