Such a lovely nursery setting, with such lovely carers. My little girl has been attending Pippa's for a year and a half now, and she goes in always with a smile on her face. She's learnt so much there and I can see the lovely attachment she's built towards her carers. Their activities seem engaging, educational and fun! I also love the fact that they organise experiences such as watching eggs in an incubator hatch and then touching the chicks, other animal encounters, fun phonics learning, as well as Spanish. I thought it was brilliant when my little girl came back home one day singing a song in Spanish. - 7th August 2024
Our son and daughter (4 and 1) both attend Pippa's and we can't praise it highly enough. Our son has attended since age 1, moving up through each room. The staff are fantastic - so friendly and welcoming, and they really go above and beyond to make the time spent there fun and educational. Particular highlights for our family are playball and Spanish classes in preschool, chicks hatching in the office, healthy eating play, visit from the local vet, father's day breakfast and the recent pre-school graduation garden party. And that's not mentioning the art, seedlings, songs and random bits of knowledge that come home with them. As our son gets ready to leave nursery and start school, we'd like to say a massive thank you to all the staff for all they've done to help prepare him for school, including the physio and OT sessions they've attended and helped with. It has been such a relief to leave our children with professionals we know we can trust and who want what's best for every child. - 7th August 2024
Our two children have been attending Pippa's Reigate for about 18 and 6 months. The staff are lovely and I get the feeling every time I drop off or pick up that they really care for and know the children. They do lots of creative and active play and have a nice and shaded garden play area that they use at every opportunity. Nursery communications is always very clear. Overall, we're really pleased with how our children enjoy Pippa's and how confident we feel when they're there. - 7th August 2024

Valuing our staff is paramount, ensuring they feel appreciated and safe in their workspaces. Regular meetings address staff welfare, offering necessary training and support for their journey to becoming exceptional practitioners. Our settling babies
Our cosy downstairs rooms provide a secure space for our infants to settle and gradually detach from their caregivers. Our primary focus is on cultivating a homely yet stimulating environment where strong attachments are formed and first steps are taken. Recognising the importance of parental involvement, we value open communication to ensure that established routines are followed as the newest member of the family gets used to nursery life.
Our curious toddlers
Our toddlers are natural investigators, eager to explore and make sense of their surroundings. They use a variety of loose parts and authentic materials to engage in self-directed play and expand their understanding of the world. Through messy play experiences, they enhance their sensory perception and ignite their creativity. Developing physical skills and social confidence, they learn to interact with peers. Outdoor activities contribute to their gross motor skill development and coordination in a fun-filled manner.
Our independent preschoolers
Our eldest children follow a more structured curriculum designed to prepare them for school. They refine their prewriting and prereading skills through tracing exercises, pencil grip improvement, and talking about stories. With their increasing attention spans, they tackle more complex and extended activities. Art and craft activities encourage self-expression and decision-making, while collaborative projects build social skills and teamwork. As they prepare for the next step of their educational journey, we help them to practice the essential self-care routines to ensure a smooth transition to school.
The expansive, closed-off garden at Reigate is a highlight, accessible to all rooms. The Baby Room boasts its own fenced garden, offering a safe outdoor space for little ones to practice walking and explore fresh herbs. Other rooms enjoy access to a large herb and vegetable planter, a forest school section, and an array of outdoor toys and games.
Furthermore, Reigate goes the extra mile by offering extra-curricular activities, including playball and Spanish lessons, for Explorers and Preschool. All rooms have opportunities for outings around the local area, fostering a well-rounded and enriching experience for the children at Reigate.
